anxious

Part of anxiety for me is feeling like I'm not in control of a situation. Treading into unchartered (by me) territory, being in large crowds of strangers, or having to deal with something "important" that I haven't done before.

Today I'm feeling anxious and distracted and inefficient. But I know this too shall pass. I'm writing it down to get it out, and now I'm going to focus on the beautiful day, the summer breeze, and the weekend ahead.

Gratitude:
What are YOU grateful for? I'd like to hear about it.

well if you need to chat you know where to reach me - I get anxious at things like that too. Today I am grateful for a new job that starts soon and the fact that I am actually going out to scrap tonight at a crop night at a local store!

I am grateful for my honey. He is the most hardworking man I know. He will do anything to be sure he provides the best for his family.

I am also grateful that he took the little one to a birthday party so I can stay home and get some rest.

I LOVE HIM!

I'm grateful for my beau who casually looks the other way when I spend too much money on scrapbooking things.

By the way, I just wanted to say that I love your writing... It's so fluid and raw. Thanks for sharing with us strangers!

Anxiety can be partly due to a deficiency in magnesium. Pop some in a smoothie with some calcium (for absorption). Really. I know this might sound trite but it does work. It can really help you relax. Anxiety sucks so what's to lose?

I'm thankful for surviving four days as a "single mom" while hubby has been travelling....and having a blast with my boys! They are the light in my eyes, the pep in my step, and the warmth in my heart.

Thanks for sharing your life with us -- the good and bad! :-}
