alone

do you ever have days where you feel alone?
not lonely, but alone.
alone in your situation...

had therapy with the dad today.
what an eye-opener.

i believe in the bettering of self and all that awareness.
but damn is it hard.
emotionally draining.
i've just got no energy left.

anyways...that's what's going on with me today.
well, of course much more in my head.
but that's about all i can muster to share right now.

a strange mixture of sadness and love in my heart today.
i hope that everyone who reads this has someone they love in their life.
anyone.
anyone they can look at or talk to on the phone and say "i love you."
and that's it.
